ABOUT

Ioli Tzouka is a visual kind of person. A graduate from Parsons, The New School for Design, she focuses on textiles, traditional techniques, artisans and crafts.

She has lived and worked in Barcelona, where she studied fine arts, and London, where she discovered her fixation on textiles at Central Saint Martins. A native of Greece, she can't help but go back to her roots to seek her next step or inspiration.

Through her Parsons Thesis, she started A Women, a project that aims to modernize and promote Greek women artisans and crafts.

She is currently working as a designer for STATE bags, where she is leading the company's roadmap to sustainability.
