Ioli Tzouka is a visual kind of person. As Head of Product at STATE Bags, she leads the full product lifecycle, from concept to production, shaping the creative direction behind seasonal collections, new category launches, and high profile collaborations with brands like Mattel, Wrangler, Cynthia Rowley, and LoveShackFancy.

Her design sensibility was formed early. A Parsons School of Design graduate, she studied fine arts in Barcelona and discovered her fixation on textiles at Central Saint Martins in London. A native of Greece, she keeps returning to her roots for inspiration, a throughline that started with her Parsons thesis, A Women, a project promoting Greek women artisans and traditional craft.

Over eight years at STATE, she's grown from designer to Director of Sustainability to her current role, building both a design practice rooted in material and technique, and a track record of turning creative vision into product at scale.
